Is focus on me free?
Yes. You get free credits when you create an account. If you run out, you can buy credit packs inside the app, but you never have to.
How accurate is the try-on?
The result is an AI-generated preview that shows how a piece looks on your body, colour and proportions. It's a visual guide, not a fitting guarantee, so always check the retailer's size chart.
What happens to my photo?
It's sent to our AI service only when you tap Try On, used to render your result, then deleted. We don't keep it, we don't train models with it, and the result is saved only on your phone.
Where do the products come from?
From the online shops of real retailers, through affiliate networks. You buy directly from the retailer, at the retailer's price.
Can I try on clothes that aren't in the catalog?
Yes. Upload a photo of any garment, from a website, a screenshot or your own wardrobe, and the app renders it on you just like a catalog item.
Do I buy clothes inside the app?
No. focus on me shows you the item on you and sends you to the retailer's website to complete the purchase. Delivery, sizing and returns are handled by the retailer.
How long does a try-on take?
Around 30 seconds, depending on your connection.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go through them. Our refund policy explains exactly how.
How old do I have to be?
At least 13, or the minimum age for data consent in your country. Between 13 and 18 you need a parent's or guardian's consent.
