Refund Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026  ·  Cubo Software

1. How payments are processed

All purchases of credit packages in Focus on Me are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device you use. The Company does not process payments directly and does not have access to your card details.

2. Pricing may vary by region

Prices displayed for credit packages may vary depending on your country or region, due to local taxes (such as VAT), currency conversion, and pricing tiers set by Apple or Google. The price you see in the App at checkout, in your local currency, is the price that applies to your purchase.

3. Free vs. purchased credits

This Refund Policy applies only to credits you have purchased. Free credits provided to you at sign-up or through promotions have no monetary value, were not paid for, and are therefore not eligible for any refund.

4. How to request a refund

Because payment is handled by Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted directly to them, not to us — the Company does not have the technical ability to process a refund directly.

If you purchased on iPhone/iPad (App Store)

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
  • Find the purchase from Focus on Me and select the reason for the refund

If you purchased on Android (Google Play)

  • Open Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
  • Find the purchase from Focus on Me and select "Request a refund"
  • Or visit directly the official Google Play refund page

5. Refund timeframe

Refund policies (deadlines, eligibility conditions) are set by Apple and Google respectively, not by the Company. As a general rule, Apple accepts requests within 90 days of purchase, and Google within 48 hours (with possible exceptions) — but these timeframes may vary, so please check directly on their platforms.

6. Credits already used

Whether a refund is granted for a purchase where credits have already been used (i.e. at least one try-on was generated with them) is decided solely by Apple or Google, on a case-by-case basis. Consumption of the credits is one of several factors they may take into account, but it does not automatically guarantee approval or denial of the request — the Company has no influence over this outcome.

7. What happens if a refund is approved

If Apple or Google approves a refund for a credit package, we will remove any remaining, unused credits from that package from your account, to reflect that the purchase has been reversed. If you had already used some or all of the credits before the refund was approved, we reserve the right to deduct the equivalent amount from any future credit balance or, where applicable, restrict further purchases on the account.

8. Refund abuse

Repeatedly purchasing credit packages, fully or largely consuming them, and then requesting refunds is considered abuse of this policy. If we detect such a pattern on your account, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to make future purchases, revoke unused credits, or suspend your account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

9. Chargebacks

If, instead of using the official refund process, you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") after having received and used credits, this bypasses Apple's or Google's refund review and may be treated as fraud on our end. In this case, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account associated with the disputed charge, and to restrict that account, its owner, or associated payment methods from making future purchases.

10. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, please note that our Terms and Conditions explain that, by requesting immediate access to purchased credits, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content once the credits become available to you, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. This does not affect any other rights you may have if the credits were not delivered or the service was faulty.

11. Technical issues

If you encounter a technical problem (e.g. you were charged but did not receive your credits), please email us directly at contact@focusonme.fashion — we'll help you identify the issue and, if needed, guide you to the correct refund process or fix the error in your account.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in Apple's or Google's own refund rules. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
